Policies

  • No minimum stay required.
  • Smoking is allowed in limited areas (outdoors only).
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets.
  • Children are welcome (close adult supervision).
    No childcare is provided.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
  • Deposit amount required (A credit card is required at the time of booking. No charges processed until the cancellation period begins. Deposit paid by check allowed w/ prior arrangement. All deposits subject to cancellation policy.)
  • Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am.
  • Unless otherwise pre-arranged with innkeeper, all bed and breakfast facilities are available for use only to registered guests.
  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations within 14 days of check-in of your first nights stay are subject to charge for the entire reservation if room cannot be comparably rebooked. Any nights that are rebooked will be refunded - those not rebooked will be charged. Credit cards are charged the full amount for entire reservation 14 days prior to arrival. If arrangments have been made to pay by check - check is due for entire reservation amount 14 days prior to arrival also. Presentation of actual credit card and cardholder signature will be required at check-in to complete transaction. All holiday and special event nights are subject to 30 day cancellation policy (same as above except 30 days) and will be stated at time reservation is made. Reservation confirmation will be supplied by e-mail or US postal service.
